Aim High. Amaze Yourself. Achieve Greatness.
About Patrick B. Harper
Patrick was a believer in family, first and foremost.
Patrick (Pat) was diagnosed with epilepsy when he was 13 years old. Even though his epilepsy was a lifelong condition, Pat never let it define him. He went on to be a star athlete in high school and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Always an Entrepreneur, he started his own business in 1993 and built it to become a very successful insurance agency.
He was a sports expert, WWII historian and a voracious reader. However, Pat’s heart was always with family. Family was his most important priority.
Coaching his son, Kyle, was Pat’s greatest pleasure. From Little League Baseball to basketball and most of all Crystal Lake Raider’s Football, Pat was always encouraging children to do their best. After every game, Pat had the same question, “Did you have fun today?” No matter the score, his aim was to instill a love of the sport and a work ethic that would last a lifetime.
This Foundation was proudly formed to honor Pat’s memory and provide opportunities to aspiring young people just as he was so passionate about doing during his life.
